Michael E Holt, BSc. HONS (EST MAN) M.R.I.C.S.  (Director)

Graduated from De Montfort University in 1993 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 whilst working for Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, having previously worked for the Valuation Office in Stoke on Trent and for a private practice in Manchester.

Michael returned to Leicester in 1997 when he joined Spencers Druce as an Associate before becoming a Director in the practice in 2004 when it merged with Naylor Parkes.

Within the firm Michael primarily carries out the Property Management role completing rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges etc.  Michael also undertakes some valuation work and acquisitions of investment properties for retained clients.

Naresh Patel BSc. M.R.I.C.S. (Director)

In the property business since 1987 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor during 1989.  Having graduated in 1987 Naresh joined the Greater London Council and subsequently National Practices including DTZ, King Sturge and Druce & Company in the West End of London and subsequently in Birmingham covering advice on commercial properties on a nationwide basis.

Born in Leicester, Naresh returned here during 1995 and established Naylor Parkes Chartered Surveyors in 1996.

Within the firm, Naresh now provides advice primarily on valuations for mortgage advance and other purposes.  Advice also covers investment agency relating to the acquisition and sale of investment properties on a nationwide basis.

Anthony A Hodges BSc. HONS (LAND MAN) M.R.I.C.S. (Associate)

Having originally been extensively involved in the family business Tony undertook a change in career in 1994 when he enrolled on a Land Management surveying course at De Montfort University in 1994, graduating in 1997 with a first class honours degree.

Subsequently Tony joined MMS Property Services based in Leicestershire undertaking primarily valuation and property investment analysis and appraisal work for retained clients including Plc property companies.  This involved management consultation in respect of commercial premises located nationally including multi let premises.  Involvement also included general acquisition and development advice.

After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 Tony joined Spencers Druce in 2000 dealing primarily in agency work for both acquisition and disposals covering all sectors of the commercial market.  Additional involvement includes valuation work and Landlord & Tenant matters relating to dilapidations and rent reviews for both landlords and tenants.

Phillip A Dale (Consultant)

Phillip has over 30 years experience in industrial and commercial property, being a former long standing Director of Spencers Druce.

In 2004 he semi-retired and now acts as a Consultant for the firm on a part time basis, being involved in professional and agency matters.

Kathleen Reece (Head of Property Management)

Mrs Reece brings in excess of 25 years experience to her job.  She deals with all the accountancy issues relating to Property Management and has day to day contact with the tenants and clients alike.
